Your Account Manager

Your account manager will focus on the big picture: new uniform programs, site expansions, portal changes, branding updates, and proposals. They know your business and help you grow — without getting bogged down in day-to-day admin.

Customer Service Team

Our customer service team handles everything else: stock checks, delivery tracking, urgent orders, size swaps, order adjustments, and product questions. Available 7am–5pm weekdays. Fast responses, practical solutions, no runaround.

When you need help:

Operational or urgent? → Customer service team
Strategic or account-related? → Account manager

Either way, you get a fast response that actually solves the problem.
Whatever the issue, we’re not perfect, but when something goes wrong, we own it and fix it fast.
